Mr. Flowers graduated from the University of Georgia in Forest Resource Management. He has been a registered forester since 1976, and continuously takes part in continuing education of both forestry and real estate services. Earl oversees all of A&M’s timber sales and management operations, working with landowners to make their goals for their property a reality. He also works with investors on large acreage acquisitions.

Mr. Dumas is a forestry technician with over 30 years of experience in tree planting, logging, timber procurement, control burning, reforestation, timber appraisals, and wildlife management. He currently oversees all of A&M's land management.

Associate Real Estate Broker, licensed in Alabama & Mississippi
Clint, a licensed Real Estate Broker, is a graduate of the University of Alabama's Culverhouse College of Commerce & Business Administration, with a finance degree in Investment Management. He oversees all of A&M’s retail real estate listings and transactions. Clint is an avid outdoorsmen, growing up both working and hunting on property throughout southwest Alabama and southeast Mississippi.
