    A&M handles millions of dollars in timber sales every year. Our clients can attest that A&M is always on top of market conditions and current values of their timber products.

    Sealed bid sales are cruised and appraised, and a minimum bid is set prior to perspectives being compiled and mailed to hundreds of potential timber buyers.

    Per unit sales are shown to all interested buyers. Successful buyers are monitored by A&M to be sure all contracted obligations are met.

    A&M always assures that the landowner’s interests are protected.

  3. Timber Appraisals

    A&M can inventory and appraise your timber. If you are planning on a timber sale, land and timber purchase or sale, a current appraisal is a must to insure the highest dollar return.

    In addition, appraisals are needed for depletion purposes and estate planning.

  4. Reforestation

    When the time comes to replant, A&M will be there to supervise the vendors to assure professional and competent work.

    2. Mechanical site preparation vendors
    3. Machine or hand planting vendors
